Wedding Flowers, Inc ships only to the lower 48 United States. We use FedEx ground transportation (non-refrigerated trucks) for both hard goods and perishable fresh flowers and greenery.

For orders that contain both fresh and florist supplies we reserve the right to split the order and ship the hard goods by regular ground transportation that can take 10-14 business days.

FedEx only picks up from our warehouse Mondays – Thursdays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be packaged for shipment any sooner than the following Monday. We do try to get all our shipments out quickly. If we do not have all the products in stock, we will contact you to see if you would prefer a refund or a substitution on out of stock products.

It is important you give us current daytime telephone numbers, cell phones and e-mail addresses. Please note if your voice mailbox is full we cannot leave a message. If we have made attempts to contact you with no response, we will mark the out of stock products as a partial or full refund and ship the balance out in a timely manner.

Fresh and perishable products can be sent overnight only. As soon as the order is packed for shipment, you will be sent an email notifying you that your order is packaged and ready for pickup by FedEx. As soon as they scan the order, you can track it via It is the buyer’s responsibility to track the order and notify us immediately if they suspect the order is not moving in a timely manner or is not being routed to the correct address. We are very committed to your receiving your products – please do not hesitate to call the number you will receive after your order has been placed if you have any questions or concerns.

At the current time – Wedding Flowers Inc ship to the LOWER 48 UNITED STATES ONLY – all orders by ground. At this time we do not ship internationally.


Orders that contain fresh flowers and greenery must choose the overnight shipping option. Fresh Flowers will be shipped by FedEx Ground Guaranteed Overnight. Should you choose the option for ground shipment, the higher overnight must be charged to your card before shipment is made.

Customer MUST track shipment and be prepared to accept and process fresh flowers immediately.

Shipments will not require a signature because it is expected for someone to be there to accept shipment. Drivers are instructed to drop off on doorstep regardless of whether someone answers the door. To activate Fresh Flower Warranty, customer must call 1-888-933-3597 or text 1-618-494-8594 to acknowledge receipt of flowers within 2 (two) hours of stamped FedEx delivery.

Customer may arrange with local FedEx center to either pickup or set a specific delivery time. This is strictly between customer and FedEx - Wedding Flowers, Inc. cannot make these type of arrangements.

RUSH ORDERS: We specify that we may need up to FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS (excludes weekends and legal holidays) to ship from our warehouse to your delivery address. Orders must be placed before 1:00 p.m. CST to be considered one of the business days. You must choose the RUSH option on shipping for this time frame. If a product is out of stock and we are unable to ship, then your credit card will be refunded the cost of the item. By placing an order with, you agree that our total liability is limited to the cost of the order you place with us.

Typical consumer orders that are shipped by regular shipping to a residential physical address within the 48 contiguous states normally will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground within 2-5 business days after receipt of order.

Please Note:

Shipping Times - Shipping times may differ from state to state. We ship Ground to save customers postage on oversize or as required by law on restricted products. (Eg. - Glue is flammable and can only ship ground. Liquids are heavy and would be more expensive to ship Priority.

The average shipping time is 1 to 2 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. Please keep in mind that special order and custom made items may need to be specifically made for your wedding before shipment and may take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery outside of the US for other international locations.

The actual delivery times may be longer.

Please plan accordingly and order allowing plenty of time for creation of your merchandise and shipping times.


It is important that you give correct phone numbers and e-mail addresses in case we need to be in contact with you about time sensitive materials. If we cannot contact you, we reserve the right to cancel the order and place the refund on your credit card. Please note that damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product as delivery time noted by the shipping company.
